I was recommended to try Paws for Thought in Ballito, Kwa Zulu Natal by friends. They specialise in kennelling but also have chalets on the property where you can stay with your pets.

On enquiring if I could bring 3 large dogs with me I was offered free accommodation as the JOY Dogs do such good work.

We were so spoiled from the moment of our arrival (soup and rolls provided) to the free dstv and complimentary rusks, tea and coffee. The chalet was perfect, there were 2 areas for the dogs – a paved courtyard which was great as it rained and I couldn’t have the dogs paws get dirty – and a grassed area. The dogs were so happy.

Management was superb and we look forward to our next stay with them. Highly recommended.
