We are so grateful to Kyron Laboratories for their continued sponsorship of products to keep the JOY Dogs healthy and looking good.  We received Mirra-Cote, toothpaste, deodorant sprays and biscuits.  We met some new employees of Kyron and they loved meeting the JOY Dogs and the dogs even performed a few tricks for them.

I made a new scarf (buff) from the dogs’ hair.  This one was quite challenging as I did it in one ply so it would be thinner and I’m able to wear it in summer.  It turned out very nicely.

The JOY Dogs have recently done two birthday parties, one for a 3 year old and a 6 year old.  These were successful with the parents enjoying it too.  Many key rings and finger puppets were sold as mementos.  See our page on merchandise to view the products.

Our visit to Thokoza Care for the Aged organised through Discovery forgood.  Everyone was amazed at the dogs and  their tricks.  I also organised to get photos to everyone who attended, thanks to our sponsorship with Robot Hardware who pays for the photos.  And we got a thank you letter from Meals on Wheels who […]
